We had organized a seminar in English related to the business conduction legislation for the students of “IAB” international business academy.

The seminar, held at the head office of the firm, was conducted by Narine Sargsyan, Chief Legal Adviser, Advocate of “AM” Law Firm.

In the frames of the seminar held, the preconditions necessary for doing business, its legal regulations; particularly, the specifications of foundation and registration of a legal entity were discussed. In addition, “AM” law firm’s foundation and growth story, rules of promotion of employees; as well as, other details regarding the firm’s activities were presented to the students.

Students’ activity during the meeting and the active discussions caused by multiple queries gave an opportunity to identify future business people with already developed ideas; as well as, to transfer them valuable knowledge regarding the legislative regulations.
