Grigor Minasyan has been leading "AM" Law Firm since the foundation of the company and led it until January 12 of 2022. He was also the founder of “Lex Partners” Law Firm and since 2009 had been leading the company as its Managing Partner.
From 2003 to 2004 worked as a lawyer in a private company.
From 2004 to 2009 worked at the "Legal Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia" SNCO, holding the position of Assistant to the Director for Legal Affairs, and then to the position of Deputy Director for Legal Affairs.
From 2008 to 2020 was the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Justice" (the journal is approved by the RA HQC).
From 2009 to 2010 worked in the staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia as the Head of the Department of Relations with the European Court of Human Rights. At the same time he taught at the Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and headed the Chair of Law of the Institute.
From 2010 to 2011 worked at the "Legal Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia" SNCO as the Head of the Chair of Law.
From 2011 to 2012 held the position of Expert-Legal Advisor at the Legal Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, then was transferred to the position of Legal Advisor to the Director.
From 2011 to 2022 was the official representative of the Republic of Armenia in the European Organization of Public Law (EPLO) based in Athens.
In 2012 worked in the staff of the RA Human Rights Defender as the Head of the Legal Analysis Department.
From 2013 to 2018 was elected a member of the Yerevan Council of Elders.
From 2014 to 2022 was the director of the Yerevan branch of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO).
From 1990 to 2000 studied in the secondary school No. 8 after A. Pushkin.
From 2000 to 2005 studied and graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University.
From 2005 to 2008 studied at the RA Academy of Public Administration.
In 2008 defended his scientific thesis and became a Candidate of Law.
Since 2012 has been a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
He is married and has three daughters.
