Unequal conditions have been created for Dasaran.am: a proceeding has been initiated in SCPEC due to the work of “AM” advocate

“AM” Law Firm will represent the interests of educational platform DASARAN in the State committee of protection of economic competition in the frames of administrative proceeding initiated based on the application submitted against RA Ministry of education, science, culture and sports.

In particular, “New Generation School” NGO representing educational platform DASARAN has applied to the SCPEC for the question of restriction, prevention and actual prohibition of competition in the field of electronic registers of public schools by the Ministry of education, science, culture and sports as a result of which the electronic register of the state website emis.am received a monopoly.

As a result, unequal conditions have been created and an attempt is being made to oust educational platform DASARAN from the schools for the purpose of prevention of which a proceeding has been initiated in SCPEC due to the work of “AM” partner, advocate Vanik Margaryan.
